Terms of Service

MUTIQ is analysis software. You give it recordings or a live broadcast of your own Madden gameplay, and MUTIQ reads your snaps to produce grades, tendencies and coaching advice. Everything you receive is information and instruction about how you play.

MUTIQ does not sell, buy, trade, transfer, hold or broker any in-game item, player card, pack, virtual currency or account. It does not operate a marketplace, an auction service or any game of chance. It does not accept deposits, hold balances or process payouts. Nothing in MUTIQ can be exchanged for money or for anything of value inside or outside a game. MUTIQ never modifies your game, your console or your EA account, and it never automates gameplay.

MUTIQ is an independent, unofficial product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Electronic Arts, the NFL, the NFLPA or any team. Game names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe what the software analyses.

You need an account to use MUTIQ. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything done through your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction, or have a parent or guardian agree on your behalf. One person per account.

You keep ownership of the gameplay video, screenshots and text you submit. You grant MUTIQ the licence it needs to store and process that content in order to deliver the analysis you asked for. Only submit recordings of gameplay you took part in or are authorised to share, and do not submit anything unlawful or anything that infringes someone else's rights.

Do not resell or redistribute MUTIQ output as a competing service, scrape the product, attempt to bypass subscription limits, or use MUTIQ to cheat, exploit or automate any game. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your first game analysis is free. Beyond that, MUTIQ Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually in advance through our payment processor. Trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel first. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. MUTIQ produces estimates and advice from imperfect inputs. Video reading can be wrong, and game data changes with every update. MUTIQ does not promise a specific result, ranking, win rate or improvement. Use its output as coaching input, not as fact.

MUTIQ is offered as-is and as-available. Features may be added, changed or removed as the product develops. We may suspend access temporarily for maintenance or to protect the service.

To the extent permitted by law, MUTIQ is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using MUTIQ and cancel at any time. We may terminate an account that breaches these terms. On termination your access ends and your data may be deleted after a reasonable period.
