Refund & Cancellation Policy
MUTIQ is a month-to-month or annual software subscription. You can cancel it yourself at any time, and you are never locked into a term.
What you pay
MUTIQ Pro is $24.99 per month, or $199 per year. Your first game analysis is free so you can see the product before paying. Paid plans start with a 7-day trial; $0 is charged on the day you start it.
Cancelling
Cancel from Settings → Plan at any time. Cancellation stops all future charges immediately. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for, then the account returns to the free tier — your history and past analysis are not deleted.
Trials
If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged at all. If the trial converts, the first charge is for the interval you selected when you started it.
Refunds
Because access is granted immediately, subscription periods already in progress are generally non-refundable. We will refund in full when:
- you were charged after cancelling;
- you were charged twice for the same period;
- you never used the product in the period charged and ask within 14 days of the charge;
- a defect on our side prevented the analysis you paid for.
Where local consumer law gives you a stronger right of withdrawal, that law applies and overrides the above.
How to request one
Email support@mutiq.gg from your account email with the charge date. We reply within 3 business days, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute — most billing problems are fixed the same day. Accounts with an open chargeback are suspended until it is resolved.
