Privacy Policy

MUTIQ collects what it needs to analyse your gameplay and run your subscription, and nothing it does not need.

What we collect

Account data: your email address, and the display name, platform, skill level and playstyle you give during setup.

Gameplay content: game recordings, screenshots and, if you connect one, segments of your own public live broadcast, plus the snap-level analysis derived from them.

Roster and profile content: the lineup, abilities and chemistry information you enter or that is read from your uploads.

Usage and attribution data: pages viewed, the referring source for your first visit, and product events used to understand how MUTIQ is used.

Billing data: subscription status and identifiers from our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

Why we use it

To produce your analysis and coaching, to keep your history so improvement can be measured, to operate accounts and subscriptions, to support you, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your content for advertising.

Processors we rely on

Hosting and application delivery, our managed database and authentication provider, our AI analysis provider (which processes gameplay video and text to generate the analysis), our payment processor (for subscriptions), and Twitch (only if you choose to connect an account to verify a broadcast is yours). Each receives only what it needs for its function.

Twitch connection

Connecting Twitch is optional and is used only to confirm that a broadcast belongs to you. We store the account identifier and the tokens needed for that check, encrypted. We never post to your channel or change your stream. You can disconnect at any time.

Retention

Account and analysis data is kept while your account is active so your progress remains comparable over time. You can delete uploads at any time. When you close your account we delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, export of or deletion of your data by emailing support@mutiq.gg. If you are in the EEA or UK you also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

MUTIQ is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

Cookies and local storage

We use storage that is necessary to keep you signed in and to remember the source of your first visit. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
